Morrison-Bornstein will play a central role in growing the regional health plan, building upon her experiences at other major healthcare organizations.

Throughout her nearly two-decade healthcare career, Morrison-Bornstein has been focused on growth and strategy development.
At Blue Shield of California, Morrison-Bornstein oversaw the launch of its commercial self-funded employer operating model. Prior to Blue Shield, Morrison-Bornstein was vice president of client growth strategy at UnitedHealth Group — OptumRx.
Oregon-based Providence Health Plan covers nearly 670,000 members and is part of Providence Health, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit health systems by revenue.
