Australia’s Rising Home Prices Slowed in April Following a 32-Year High
Australia’s home prices started to see a slower pace of growth in April after hitting a 32-year high in March, according to the CoreLogic Home Value Index released Monday. Dubai Registers Its Second AED100 Million-Plus Sale in 2021
Dubai’s luxury homes continue to attract international buyers despite the Covid-19 pandemic. A home at the XII Carat development on Palm Jumeirah, one the city’s most exclusive communities, sold for more than AED100 million (US$27.2 million) to a European buyer, making it the second AED100 million-plus sale for Dubai in 2021. Earlier this year, a Swiss buyer bought a villa at One100 Palm, also on Palm Jumeirah, for AED111.25 million. Super-Luxury Sales in Palm Beach, Florida, Tripled in the Last 7 Months
In the last seven months, Palm Beach, Florida, had 38 sales at or above $17 million, compared to just 12 in that price category during the same period a year ago. Nine of those sales, closed between Oct. 1 and April 29, had prices higher than $40 million.
