LandSouth Construction has broken ground on Brio Parc, a 329-unit luxury multifamily community in Madison, Ala. Integra Land Co., together with Panther Residential Management are the project’s developers. The community is expected to be completed by the end of summer in 2024.
Brio Parc will be located at 176 Highway 20 and will be composed of 24 buildings: 12 residential buildings and 12 featuring common-area amenities.
All four-story buildings will offer one- to three-bedroom apartments with 10 different floorplans, including carriage houses. The one- and two-bedroom units will average in size from 724 to 1,282 square feet, while the three-bedroom carriage houses will offer as much as 1,398 square feet of space. The development’s amenities will include a swimming pool, a yoga studio, lounge area, grilling stations and fire pits, courtyard, and a dog spa. Brio Parc will be situated close to Interstate 565 and Huntsville International Airport, 5 miles from downtown Madison, 10 miles from NASA’s Space Camp and within 15 miles of downtown Huntsville, Ala.
Construction activity
LandSouth Construction’s Hunter Barkentin is the project manager, while Kevin Ellison will serve as superintendent. Charlan Brock Associates is Brio Parc’s architecture firm.
In 2021, Integra Land Co. and Panther Residential Management have teamed up with LandSouth to build another multifamily development called Integra Heights, a 289-unit community in Clermont, Fla., a western Orlando suburb.
