A house in Osterville that sold for $5.9 million tops the list of the most expensive real estate sales in Cape Cod between Jan. 1 and Jan. 7.

In total, 91 real estate sales were recorded in the area during the last week, with an average price of $826,084. The average price per square foot ended up at $479.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Jan. 1., even if the property may have been sold earlier.

Elmcroft Way

10. $1.2 million, single-family house at 15 Elmcroft Way

The sale of the single-family residence at 15 Elmcroft Way, Yarmouth Port, has been finalized. The price was $1,237,000, and the house changed hands in December. Michael Dubinsky and Susan Olney dubinsky acquired the house from Frederick G Schlipp and Carolyn J Pickman. The house was built in 1990 and has a living area of 2,402 square feet. The price per square foot was $515. The deal was finalized on Dec. 16.

Pleasant View Drive

9. $1.3 million, detached house at 10 Pleasant View Drive

The 2,391 square-foot single-family residence at 10 Pleasant View Drive in Orleans has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $1,250,000, $523 per square foot. The house was built in 2003. Richard Gregory and Sarah Gregory acquired the house from Richard C Burwell and Lynda M Burwell. The deal was finalized on Dec. 15.

8. $1.4 million, single-family residence at 150 Bay Street

The property at 150 Bay Street in Osterville has new owners. The price was $1,400,000. The house was built in 1964 and has a living area of 2,162 square feet. The price per square foot is $648. Eleanor W Est Lambert sold the house to Kelly Curley. The deal was finalized on Dec. 16.

7. $1.5 million, single-family home at 31 Long Hill Drive

The 3,588 square-foot single-family home at 31 Long Hill Drive, East Sandwich, has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $1,475,000, $411 per square foot. The house was built in 1992. Nt Wahl sold the house to Christopher Lance brady and Aylin Tekes brady. The deal was finalized on Dec. 15.

Deer Run Lane

6. $1.9 million, detached house at 10 Deer Run Lane

The property at 10 Deer Run Lane in North Falmouth has new owners. The price was $1,920,000. The house was built in 1998 and has a living area of 4,402 square feet. The price per square foot is $436. Jonathan C Crowell sold the house to M Beth. The deal was finalized on Dec. 16.

5. $2.1 million, single-family residence at 3009 Main Street

A sale has been finalized for the detached house at 3009 Main Street in Barnstable. The price was $2,100,000 and the new owners took over the house in December. The house was built in 1971 and the living area totals 6,338 square feet. Eva M Janerus sold the house to Junction Ink Llc. The price per square foot ended up at $331. The deal was finalized on Dec. 13.

4. $3.1 million, single-family house at 10 Skunks Neck Road

The sale of the single-family residence at 10 Skunks Neck Road in Chatham has been finalized. The price was $3,050,000, and the new owners took over the house in December. The house was built in 2003 and has a living area of 3,812 square feet. The price per square foot was $800. Patrick J Semrad and Agueda Semrad sold the house to Vernon Johnson and Julia Johnson. The deal was finalized on Dec. 16.

Nameless Lane

3. $3.1 million, single-family home at 16 Nameless Lane

The 2,671 square-foot detached house at 16 Nameless Lane in Chatham has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $3,100,000, $1,161 per square foot. The house was built in 2013. Aaron D Polhemus and Courtney Polhemus sold the house to Robert Roper and Kathleen Roper. The deal was finalized on Dec. 16.

Commercial Street

2. $3.6 million, single-family house at 524 Commercial Street

The property at 524 Commercial Street in Provincetown has new owners. The price was $3,595,000. The house was built in 1850 and has a living area of 2,491 square feet. The price per square foot is $1,443. John A Cuomo Lt acquired the house from Anthony R Bertoldi and Kevin L Oneil. The deal was finalized on Dec. 13.

The 6,104 square-foot single-family house at 345 Windswept Drive, Osterville, has now been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in December and the total purchase price was $5,850,000, $958 per square foot. The house was built in 2012. 345 Windswept Way 2022 acquired the house from Grand Island Dr Rt 390. The deal was finalized on Dec. 16.
